Hello

Go into your profile and click Forum Profile Information on the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. At the top you'll see your avatar settings, click the Radio button to select "I Will Upload My Own Picture" and click the Choose File button to the right. Then just find the .gif, or .jpeg you want to use.
